With a 10% bond (if the judge allows it), you pay 10% of the full bail amount in cash to the county. If the person makes every court date, 90% is refunded at the end of the case, minus fines and court costs. With a surety bond, Big Brother Bail Bonds posts the bond and guarantees the person will appear in court, and you pay us a fee instead of the full bail amount.

Most charges allow a surety bond. Capital offenses and some cash-only bonds do not. Call us and we will tell you what is possible for your situation.

The person’s full name, date of birth, and which jail they are in. A booking number helps if you have it.

Release usually takes 15 minutes to one hour after the bond is posted, depending on the county jail.
